1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
 

2. Products & Availability

Crea offers health supplements including creatine monohydrate powder and capsules, designed specifically for women. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
 

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).

  • We accept payment via Wix Payments, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

  • Payment is taken at the time of order, including for subscription renewals.
     

4. Subscription Terms

We offer a bi-monthly rolling subscription (every two months) at a 20% discount, applied for the duration of the subscription.

 

Key Terms:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew every two months unless cancelled.

  • By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method at each renewal.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Please provide at least one month's notice before your next billing date for the cancellation to take effect.

  • We will send a reminder before each renewal with clear instructions on how to cancel.

  • You will continue to receive deliveries and be charged until your cancellation takes effect.
     

5. Delivery

  • We currently ship to UK addresses only.

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Shipping options:

    • First Class (1–2 business days)

    • Standard (2–3 business days)

  • Shipping charges depend on weight and are calculated at checkout.

  • Free delivery is available on all orders over £30.

  • Please note: Tracking is not currently available.
     

6. Returns & Refunds

a. One-off Purchases

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, contact us within 14 days of receipt at laura@crea.health to arrange a refund or replacement. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products.

b. Subscription Purchases

You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receiving your first subscription delivery.
To exercise this right, please contact us via email. Products must be returned unopened and at your own cost unless faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item or proof of return.
 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, branding, product descriptions, and written material, is the intellectual property of Crea Health Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our express written permission.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law. However, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site or any product is to stop using the site and/or seek a refund under our Returns Policy.
