Thank you for shopping with Crea. We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.

📦 Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses at this time.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Costs

We use Royal Mail to deliver all orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £30.

Available options:

Standard Delivery (2–3 business days)
First Class Delivery (1–2 business days)

⏳ Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

📦 Order Tracking

At this time, we do not offer tracking on orders.

🔞 Age Restrictions

Crea Health Ltd products are intended for customers aged 18 and over. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

📬 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days from the dispatch date, please contact us at laura@crea.health, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. We may offer a replacement or refund for undelivered items at our discretion, following investigation with Royal Mail.

💥 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
