We may ask for photos of the damaged or incorrect item to process your request.
Return Shipping

Crea Health Ltd will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible refunds or exchanges.

We will provide instructions and a prepaid shipping label where applicable.
Refund of Shipping Costs

If your refund is due to damaged or incorrect goods, we will also refund the original shipping cost paid.
