Refund Policy

At Crea Health Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange.
 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds and exchanges are only available for items that are damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Opened supplements cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are damaged or incorrect.
     

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  • Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing laura@crea.health with your order details and a description of the issue.

  • We may ask for photos of the damaged or incorrect item to process your request.
     

Return Shipping

  • Crea Health Ltd will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible refunds or exchanges.

  • We will provide instructions and a prepaid shipping label where applicable.
     

Refund of Shipping Costs

  • If your refund is due to damaged or incorrect goods, we will also refund the original shipping cost paid.
     

Age Restriction

  • All purchases are restricted to customers aged 18 years or over.
     

Processing Time

  • Once we receive your returned item, we aim to process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
